Cost of form is Rs 500/- (Rs five hundred) only in the shape of demand draft in favour of Comptroller of Finance, SJSV, Puri of any nationalized bank payable at Puri

Duly filled in application form along with necessary enclosures should be sent to HOD, Dept of Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed) course, Shri Jagannath Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya, Shri Vihar, Puri, Odisha-752003 only  by Regd/speed post within stipulated date

In-service candidates are required to send an advance copy along with demand draft so as to reach the HOD, Dept of Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed) course, Shri Jagannath Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya, Shri Vihar, Puri, Odisha-752003

Enclosures; self attested copies of certificate and mark sheets of the qualifying examinations; the documentary evidence in support of the reserved categories; a stamped envelope (cost of registered post/speed post) and a non-stamped envelope containing self address for sending admit card and intimation letter respectively; 3 recent pass port size photographs duly attested; one should be pasted on application form, one on identity card, and one on the admit card; identity card for SSET (duly filled in); admit card for SSET (duly filled in); demand draft (in original) of Rs 500/- (Rs five hundred) only mentioning full name of the candidate on the back side of the demand draft; envelope containing the application must be super scribed application for SSET-2013

Eligibility: A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed) course provided the candidate has passed Shastri/+3 (Arts)/B.A./M.A./Acharya or any equivalent examination there to from a recognized university/recognized examining body after qualifying in the SSET (Shiksha Shastri Entrance Test)

Sanskrit as a subject for nontraditional stream (+3 (Arts), B.A./M.A. etc) as desires is mandatory

A cut of mark of 50% (without FC/AC) in Shastri/+3 (Arts)/M.A./Acharya level in aggregate is essential

Relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST candidates is allowed

Candidates whose examination results are awaited may also apply

They will be considered if qualified, subject to submitting proof of acquiring desired qualification at the time of counseling for the purpose

Eligible in-service person may also apply through proper channel with no objection certificate from the competent authority

Age: The candidate must have to cross minimum age limit of 20 years on 01st June, 2013

Entrance Test: For admission to the course a candidate must have to qualify the entrance test

The entrance test will be conducted by the university on 09th June, 2013
