HP SET Result 2016 – Result of HP State Eligibility Test 2015-16 is declared on the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc/. The candidates will not be individually intimated about their HP SET 2016 Result. HP SET qualified candidates shall become eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) only in the University / Colleges belonging to Himachal Pradesh State. After the deceleration of HP SET Result, qualified candidates have to furnish Photostat copies of their testimonials viz. Matriculation / Post Graduation / Category to which they belong, in the office of HP Public Service Commission enabling to determine their eligibility for issuing SET qualified certificate.
Procedure & Criteria for Declaration of HPSET Result
The candidates are required to obtain following minimum marks separately in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III as given below:

Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under step II, will be declared SET qualified for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor(s).
