AIPMT or the All India Pre Medical Test is conducted for candidates seeking admissions to undergraduate medical and dental courses to 15 per cent seats in Government Medical/ Dental College and are also used by participating private colleges.
All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Test (AIPMT) was conducted on May 4. The results for the same are expected to be declared anytime in the first week of June. The candidates can check the results on the official website once they are declared.
The CBSE will prepare the merit list/ wait list as per the directives of the Supreme Court of India, DGHS, MCI and DCI. Once the results are announced, the candidates can download their result sheets and rank cards.
Last week, CBSE had also released the OMR sheets for AIPMT where the candidates were provided a chance to challenge the same in case of any discrepancies.
However, no applications for re-checking/re-evaluation of the answer sheets are entertained by them.
The test consisted of 180 objective-type multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) which were to be answered in three hours. The syllabus was based on topics both from Class 11 and Class 12. The candidates could opt for question paper either in English or in Hindi.
The records of All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test will be preserved till the August 31.
