No Board Exam in Class VIII in Haryana

Haryana School Education Board will not take board examination in Class VIII. In addition to that semester system will not be there for Haryana Open School.
The decision was taken in the Board of Directors of School Education in a meeting held in Panchkula. Ms. Surina Rajan chaired the meeting. The board of directors agreed that it was necessary to abolish board examination in class 8 to implement Right to Education Act 2010 in the state.
