NIOS failed to deliver ID cards in time

National Institute of open schooling (National Open School), could not deliver identity cards to the students in time and several admissions were cancelled as open School Institute loses free payment records.

Several hundred student of National Institute of open schooling from Delhi region were on Monday reportedly unable to appear to the class 12 examination as their identity cards were not delivered to them.
Many others have spent the last few days queuing up outside the Institute for duplicate identity cards, and thousands of admissions were considered as cancelled because the Institute which caters to about 1.30 lakh students of NCR claimed to have lost free payment records.

The official’s at the institute claims that more than 70 per cent work has been made online and about 3500 to 4000 ID cards did not treat students, possibly because they gave  wrong addresses to the Institute.  The open School Institute also announced that identity cards will not be compulsory for the first examination.

    i was worry about distance edu till i pass my course,online registraion is more reliable and is easier compared to ordinary mails. now im waiting to receive my MA certificate its 1 month and i didnt receive any paprer regarding my graduation.
