This School has recently been taken over by K R MANGALAM
GROUP OF SCHOOLS from DLF. New management initially tried
to build better infrastructure and replaced some teachers.
However, current junior teaching staff since last few
months is seemed to be overwhelmed and frustrated,
and not able to focus on kid’s education and quality of
education because of internal issues and pressure created
by the new management. They have also reduced the number of
teaching staff and that has clearly deteriorated the quality
of education. This is quite evident from the school work
books of kids if one observes the work by them done date by
date and also by other comparison on kids activities. Its a
shame to leave small kids at the mercy of frustrated staff
because of internal school management issues.
Other than this the new school management is also engaged
in issue with some group of parents over fee hike and they
seem to be not resolving the issue rather decreasing the
quality of education.

I was called up for an intreview at GK-II school, waited for 2 hours for 10 minutes of interview with HOD and again waited for 3 hours for an interaction with principal. I think they should streamline their work style. They take others for granted. Such type of work style should be discouraged….
