ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR AIIMS PG/POST DOCTORAL COURSES, JULY, 2010 SESSION
Applications are invited in the prescribed form for admission to AIIMS-PG (MD/MS/M.Ch. (6 years)/MDS/MHA) Post Doctoral (DM/M.Ch) Course as well as Ph.D. programme for July, 2010 Session. Registration slip, complete in all respects, must reach AIIMS, New Delhi latest by 5.00 P.M./ on 10th April, 2010. DATE FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS: (I) MD/MS/M.Ch. (6 years)/MDS – 9th May, 2010 in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai; (ii) DM/M.Ch./MHA – 16th May, 2010 in Delhi only; (iii) Ph.D. – 4th July, 2010 in Delhi only.

The prospectus is available on the website and must be read by the applicants before applying. The cost of Application-cum-Examination fee is Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 800/- in case of SC/ST candidates).

1. APPLICATION PROCEDURE: A candidate can submit application On-Line through Internet. Visit www.aiimsexams.org Read the prospectus and other details carefully and follow the instructions given therein. The candidate can pay the application fee through a credit card/debit card or through Chillan of State Bank of India or through Demand Draft of any bank. Transaction Processing Fee at the following rates will be payable to the Bank.
1. Amex Credit Card, Diners Credit Card —— 4% of the Transaction amount
2. Visa & Master Card Credit/Debit Card/ATM Card and Net Banking —— 2.5% of the Transaction amount
3. On Cash through Challan at any Branch of State Bank of India —— Rs. 25/- (or as applicable)
4. Demand draft in favour of Accounts Offices (Exams), AIIMS payable at New Delhi. The DD is to be attached with registration slip and sent to Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS, New Delhi – 110 608.

NOTE: 1. Sponsored candidates of Central/State Govt./Armed forces/PSU/Autonomous bodies as well as Foreign National candidates are also required to fill in the prescribed online application form indicating their choice of subject (only one subject).
2. The foreign nationals are required to send their application (Down loaded copy of Registration Slip of On-line Application) through Diplomatic Channel.
3. Such sponsored candidates as well as foreign national candidates are required to appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination along with other candidates.

NOTE: 1. Those who wish to make payment through Challan Form must submit Counter Foil of the same meant for AIIMS in original alongwith down loaded copy of Registration Slip of On-line Application Form failing with candidature for the above entrance examination will not be considered and correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Similarly DD to be attached and sent along with registration slip to the Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS, New Delhi – 110 608.
2. After the last date, registration slip received by courier or by any other means will not be accepted, irrespective of the date of booking.
